Hi Quinn,
I came across your blog through your Beth O’Leary reviews and thought this might be a good fit for you.
Mo Fanning’s new romcom, Lisa Doyle is Absolutely Fine – a woman invents a fake fiancé after one too many wines at a family gathering, names him Brian, which is awkward because her boss is also called Brian. And his wife Audrey is very scary. It’s set in the UK city of Manchester, workplace friends-to-lovers, funny and sharp.
Mo has five novels out and won the Page Turner 2025 Best LGBTQ award. Think Mhairi McFarlane territory. I attached the press release as it says so much more than a bunch of words from me.
If it sounds like something you’d enjoy and you have the bandwidth, I’d love to send you a copy – happy to do digital or print, whichever works for you.
No rush at all!
Best,
Adrian Bedford
